I am learning linear algebra form MIT OCW. In one particular lecture i am having some doubts. Could some one please answer?

At time t=44.13sec Prof.says "y= Ce". Is this 'C' a constant or matrix?. if it is a matrix, could you please show it,for the example considered in the lecture.
