I am unsure about this question, do I just plug the numbers into the calculator? but it seems like it is more than that. Sorry if this is a stupid question please help Thanks!!!

That's $,tan 53^circ,$ as pointed out about an hour ago.

@James It is not $4/3$ for sure, where did you get that from?

where did I get from what does that mean ?? cot37=1/tan37 where tan37=3/4

@Jameswhere tan37=3/4
No, it doesn't. Why would you think it did?

It is unclear what kind of answer you are looking for.
We have $53+37=90$, so the expression is $tan 53$. Is that simpler?
Both $sin 53$ and $sin 37$ are algebraic numbers. With a lot of work, it would be possible to find an expression containing only rational numbers, basic operations and radicals that is equal to your sum, but again, is it simpler?
Thanks! But i am a bit unsure on how to get the answer, is there somekind of rule?

$sin 37 = sin (90-53) = cos 53$ But you got this answer an hour ago. You should not repeat questions, and more importantly, you should read the answers others give you...
